I wanted to bring to your attention that my colleague, Cenk Kanlioglu (cenk.kanlioglu@element.com), is experiencing difficulties receiving JIRA invitations. We would greatly appreciate it if you could unblock and address this issue

Small suggestion: Creating a bot to streamline the support ticket process for this recurring issue would greatly improve efficiency
