Inquiry Regarding Concurrent Use of Jira Software Project and Jira Service Management

Question

Is it feasible to utilize both Jira Software Project and Jira Service Management concurrently? I'm interested in incorporating certain issues from Jira Service Management into the sprints of my Jira Software project. Additionally, I aim to create a dashboard to visualize both projects in one view. Is this achievable, and if so, how can I proceed to accomplish it?

Could you please check whether these two projects are both company or team managed projects? Should be prompted in the project sidebar down at the bottom.

Did you manage to get the combined filter for two projects?

thank you for you question.

Generally it is possible to show issues from two or more projects.

* You will need to create a filter combining this projects.
* After that you can create a new board using this filter and attach it to one of the projects.
* Then you should be able to see all issues on one board
* Further customisation might be needed for status/column mapping.
