I use Software Project to manage my project. After I close a sprint: 1) I cannot find the closed sprint; 2) nor I cannot find the report. The left menu where the report should be displayed looks different. Can anyone help out here?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
At the bottom of your screen image you may see that it says you are working in a Team Managed project.
You will need to go to Project Settings > Features, and enable the Reports feature.
