Sort by multiple elements in que

Hi team, 

 

We use queues constantly in Jira, and have one big overall one with all of the tickets (200+ at any given time). I am looking to sort by two fields at once, so sort by Priority (P1/P2/P3) then sort by date created (Oldest to Newest). Is there any way to sort by multiple elements? Tried it in filters too with no luck,

@Ellie -

In JSM queue, you can switch the Basic mode to "Switch to JQL", where you can then use JQL syntax of "Order by" to sort on multiple elements.  (see images below)
