While creating confluence page in Jira ticket unable to select template

Hi Team,

We are creating a page form Jira ticket using create page button, we are unable to select customize template that we have predefine for the space. When we are creating a page in confluence, we are able to choose the template,But not while creating form Jira.

I thought I was going crazy, but this exact thing is happening for us, too. The Open in Confluence workaround is fine, but then the page is not automatically linked to the Jira ticket, so it's kind of useless.

@Robert Carbonell ahh, now I get it.  If you're not seeing the custom templates, it sounds like a software issue.  I'd probably contact support and have them weigh in.  I would say those custom templates should be there.
