Is there a way to specifically fetch modified restrictions based on a given date?

I'm currently looking to maintain a comprehensive list of all user and group restrictions across all pages. My current approach involves retrieving information for all pages and extracting the "restrictions" details.

I'd like to inquire whether there is a method to specifically retrieve modified restrictions from a given date. It would greatly assist in reducing the number of requests required.

Additionally, I would like to note that, as per my observations, the modification date for a page (attribute named "when" in the api) is not affected by a restriction modification.

There's no API direct method to retrieve restriction changes by date, and indeed the page modification time is not changed by a restriction change.
