Error when i execute an automation

Goodmorning ,

i would like to know i f someone can help me , maybe is a corny/banal quastion but i m not expert in using jira.

So , i have to copy a ticket into another project,  but automation show me this error

The configured field was excluded from this action because it was not found. It may have been deleted or may need to be added to the project:

and i suppose that the field in the right side are the ones that are copied and so required by  the automation to avoid failing .

they share the same scheme :

it's not obvius that they have the same fields? , some ideas where i faill ?

Hi @Marco Martinato 

Do they also share the same issue type screen scheme and related screen schemes and screens?

If not make this os or check if al the fields you use in the automation are available on the create screen of the issue type you are creating via the automation rule.

If this is also al correct, are there context set on the fields that require to be copied? If there are check the contexts and make sure the project and/or issue type you are copying to are set in the context.
