While adding a comment on Jira, the field stops working

Question

When answering the customer with the pop-up window on Jira, the selection (not with the cursor) goes out of the comment section and the typing starts activating shortcuts in the screen.

This is happening frequently. I already recorded my screen but it is not possible to upload here.

I would raise that with Atlassian. I've seen some similar cases before depending on where I was in the system, but it sounds like a bug that they need to address!
