Is there a way to export the page titles of the Confluence pages by hierarchy to excel, spreadsheet, etc.?

Mostly these apps are focused on exporting the tables to Excel.

By native, Confluence gives options to Word and PDF only, which is not really solving your issue.

In short, there is no way of exporting the Confluence pages titles to Excel.

Yes.

* Go to Space settings > Manage Content > Reorder pages
* Expand everything
* Select everything as you would select any text on any page. 
Tip: avoid clicking a page name :)
* Paste it into a spreadsheet editor directly or use Notepad/TextEdit or any dev tool as an in-between to keep the tabs.

Some spreadsheet tools ignore the hierarchy, hence the in-between step, so you'll have to experiment a bit.

My use case was to track localizations among page versions/variants and deal with content after merging two huge spaces with duplicates.
