Virtual Agent seems not available

Our team had the early access for Atlassian Intelligence, however we are unable to setup the Virtual Agent AI powered feature. I am thinking if there are any other requirements to enable this feature? I was able to manage Atlassian assist to Slack but can you help to enable to us Virtual Agent? It is only showing "Project isn't available". Kindly assist. Thank you.

Hello @Jim ,

According to the error message, it seems that this project may have been deleted, which can be checked in settings -> projects -> trash (if you are the administrator, if not let them check this and restore the project).

Second indicator is for the permissions and this is the Browse project permission, make sure you have this permission enabled in order to see the project - if you are not the admin, let them check this as well.
