Notify User by Automation

Is it possible to notify a user or a group of users by automation? We want them to notify by Jira-Notification, not by E-Mail, Teams or Slack.

They all shall get a notification like this:
"A new ticket was assigned your user group" with a link to the ticket.

Hello @Gerrit Wahlers ,

I've tested this and the users get the notifications when a single USER has been mentioned. Otherwise, all of the other notifications are received by the email.
