Unable to pick destination project when trying to move issue

Question

I am unable to move issues from one project to another.

When I click on "move" and then taken to the move ticket screen I click on the dropdown to pick the destination project. The dropdown does not populate with the list of projects. So I am unable to pick the desired project.

any ideas?

Yes I can view all projects and create issues. This seems to be a bug as I have performed the procedure in the past successfully.
