Send a mail when a new project is created by some users

Arun Unnikrishnan_ul3s5t

I would want an automation to send a mail to user x

when user a or b creates a new project. How can I achieve this?

This can be achieved by

Use the Trigger, "Project Created".
Add a smart values condition.
First value, use the smart value initiator.displayName or initiator.emailAddress
Condition should be equals
Second value should be the Display name of the user or Email who creates the Project. This usually appears in Project lead in Project Settings when Project is created.
Then Send mail

Hi @Arun Unnikrishnan

You have asked a same related question yesterday.

Send-a-mail-when-a-new-project-with-a-specific-project-category

This is not an option.

Action to create a project is logged, but not who is executing the action as I described in your other post you can sent an email to people to be informed.

@Marc -Devoteam- appreciate ur response but that doesn't help. I got the solution from altalssian support.
