How can I copy the Roadmaptext value to another field?

Hi,

I have tried to build an automation so that I can copy the fields Roadmaptext & Roadmap-Labels Values into other custom fields.

But both automation bring the following error:

"Found multiple fields with the same name and type"

In this project there are no multiple fields...?

In another project the rules are working.

So the scope of the rule is multiple projects, correct?

The rule that you posted doesn't show any steps that would be necessary to change the context from one issue (the trigger issue) to another issue (the one to which you want to copy the value).

With Team Managed projects you can either create a custom field that is local to the project or you can leverage the Global Context custom fields created for Company Managed projects.

The custom fields created locally for Team Managed are unique to the project. There can be more that one field with the exact same name in multiple projects, but each one will be considered a different field in the back end. To make sure you are referencing the right field you may need to use Advanced JSON editing and reference the field by its unique ID rather than it's name.
