Features - Boards not toggle

Hi guys!

Could you help me with a question please?
I'm trying to activate a feature called Board so I can view the board in my project, but whenever I try to activate it, it gives an error:

What could be happening? I am the administrator of the project.

hi @Jeferson Carlos dos Santos , I have not seen that feature before and I see that it is labeled as new. I gave it a try on one of my ITSM projects and it worked fine. Are others able to enable? Could you test this on another JSM project? Is this a company managed project? Seeing that it is a new feature I'm not surprised that there may be a bug. What error message are you receiving exactly? Ultimately you may need to reach out to Atlassian support to have them look into this.
