my vendor has JIRA cloud and i have JIRA cloud and I want to add an issue to mine and have it update in his and if he is providing an update then he would update it on his side and it would transfer to me.
I also don't want to have to purchase additinal user licences for the vendor to directly access my instance if I can feed that information to him.
