Bug where tickets are not displayed in backlog

Once the PR of the bug issue ticket number is merged on GitHub, the ticket will not be visible in the jira project from then on.

What is the bug that prevents the most important ticket from being listed?

Hello, Good day. Could you please check the JQL filter used on the board. I believe there is a status change after the PR merge and the JQL is not including all issue status.
