"Found while testing (sprint)[Short text]" field "IN" operator is not supporting in JQL

Could you please help on resolving this "Found while testing (sprint)[Short text]" field "IN" operator is not supporting in JQL.

This is the single line text field not a Jira Sprint field, in text field IN operator won't work.

Kindly ask Jira admin for Jira Sprint field id.

Hi ,

This is the Custom Field ("Found while testing (sprint)[Short text]") and its ID is [13386] we tried with cf[13386] too, but getting the same error.

As per the error message, it seems that you are trying to do JQL on single line text field.

I think duplicate sprint field is created in your instance. System Sprint field is of type "array" not Short text. Kindly search using Sprint field id for eg sprint[10002] IN ...
