How do you update the types of service requests in Microsoft Teams(assist)

Hi ya'll,

I was trying to add a new service request through assist. I am able to create the request in Jira service management, but when checking the menus through the assist teams menu, the new request doesn't show up. Any idea how to get the new option to propagate?
