Hi,
we receive maintenance mails with an ID in the subject. For further mails I want to find the existing issue and a only a comment. But I did not manage to find the issues. I tried all combinations of Regex
- ^.*\[(.*)\].*$
- .*\[(.*)\].*
- \[(.*)\]
- (\[.*\])
- and many more
and many combinations with JQL search
- summary ~ "\\$!group0\\"
- summary ~ "$!group0" OR summary ~ "$!group1"
- summary ~ "$!group0"
- summary ~ "\\[$!group0\\]"
- and many more
Subject looks like "[1057744] bla bla bla" or "bla [1057744] bla bla"
Can some help to figure out the correct setup?
