export user return well cvs but my user have an ID with incorrect format
712020:xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx and I cannot use as Atlassian credentials, arround 10% of users in cvs as same problem

Are you asking how to correlate an ID with an email address?
Try using this end point - https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-users/#api-rest-api-3-user-get.
I just try to obtain a correct user id requested to configure product Lansweeper-App-for-Jira-Service-Management

That is not an incorrect format for a user ID. You will need to map these user IDs on to Atlassian accounts by using something else.
Can you show where you are trying to place this ID?
