Welcome to the Community! I don't see the screenshot, can you please attach it? What's the error? I'd also suggest to check with Zephyrscale (Smartbear) support: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213259/zephyr-scale-test-management-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=support
