Send issue from Jira to serviceNow

Hi Team,

I am trying to create an issue from Jira to my custom application in serviceNow. I initially tried with web hook but really no luck.

Then I started using the automation functionality, that when the issue is created send the HTTP request to serviceNow, but the problem is how to add the credentials someone please explain there is no separate field for credentials in Jira

Say my user_name is jira.user and password is jiraUser@123

 

So how to add it here. Please explain, I really need to provide a POC to my client please help

Hi @Saurabh Dubey ,

Since this is a ServiceNow related query, can you share the API documentation for this use case i.e. create Case in ServiceNow?

Will need that reference to check what are the parameters needed.

Also, have you tried using Postman to try out thr Api? Or curl since we can work based on that too.
