Create epic and story by reporters belonging to specific groups

Hi,

i would like to create options so that epics and stories are created only by certain set of people who belong to certain groups.

I have created automation rules, but other reporters can create as well.

Hello, Good day. On the project permission, you could restrict the create issue permission to few users as well.
