Outlook email parsed and Jira ticket create

I want to create a solution in which all my outlook emails are parsed and a Jira ticket gets created for these emails.

Importantly, all the reply email threads to a previously recieved emails should be added as a comment to my JIRA ticket.

The code should be deployed end to end, and the expectation is that it runs continuously in the office hours on server and brings all my emails to JIRA board.

Hello, Good day. You can add the email address as an incoming mail server in Jira cloud, then we can create issues from the email. Please refer to https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/create-issues-and-comments-from-email/
