is there any free plugins to implement jira SSO feature using keyclock with SAML? Tried using mini orange plugin.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Official SAML/SSO integration for Atlassian Products is Atlassian Access, which can be purchased for Standard/Premium subscriptions and are already part of Enterprise subscription.
