Card layout not updating

I'm navigating to settings-> card layout, but whatever I do, the extra fields configured are not showing up/changing in the actual issues I have open. is there anything I am missing?

Did you notice that there are sections to update both the Backlog and Board views? Is it the one you changed which is not updating?

Would you please post images showing that board configuration page and an example view where your fields do not display? That may provide some context to help with suggestions. Thanks!
