Is there a way to get the custom fields along with the standard field details?

So in our case, we have a project as a first selection and its subobjects as a second selection and we are trying to get custom fields for creating the schema along with the standard objects.

So is there any rest API that I can use to get the schema along with custom fields?

You can get the custom field information and values.

What schema are you looking for?
