Can confluence cloud connect to JIRA server (even after end of support in feb '24)?
Is there any other limitation regarding off-the-shelf integrations (showing links from one another...)?

I would not expect this to stop working post-support. I have not seen anything official that would lead me to believe any functionality would stop functioning
