Import error code (§EN-131)

For the last few hours, I've been trying to export data from JIRA (which I have done every day with issue) but today its juts not working..

 

I get this message...

 

Import error

Error ID: 63fd4849-9a94-407a-9dec-f14b13a8a679

job finished with status: error, caused by errors: Hmmm ... looks like Jira is busy right now, please try again after a while or contact Atlassian support if the issue persists. (§EN-131)

Can anyone give any advice? Thanks

I can't reproduce this issue. Are other users experiencing the same issues? Did you try with different browsers? I think that this may be a glitch, but if it persists I'd recommend to contact Atlassian Support: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
