cannot add comments for our customers

Hello,

We cannot add any "normal" comments on tickets.

We need this feature in order to comunicat with our customers.

Please help us resolve this issue ASAP.

Hey @dgalatescu ,

Couple of questions from me.

* Were you able to enter a "reply to customer" in the past?
* Can you see any other JSM features (like SLA's/Queues) on your project?
* Can you validate that you have a proper JSM license on the account you are using
* Is this a single user having issues or all users?
* Is this a company or team managed service project?
