Questions regarding Confluence use

Question

Hi!

I have some questions regarding how the Confluence pages work, could you help me please?* Is there a way to be notified when a page has not been seen and / or updated for a specific time (i.e. we want to know if a page has not been seen or updated in the last 3 years)?* In case the previous is possible, who would be the notified person? The page creator, the last person who updated it..?
* If the notified person is not part of the company anymore, can it be changed? Can we specify whoever we want to be notified? How?

* If we archive a space, are its pages also archived automatically?

Thank you so much in advance.

Regards!

* A 3rd party product can handle this for you: Better Content Archiving for Confluence | Atlassian 1Marketplace

There may be a way to do this via Automation for Confluence but I haven't dug deeply into that yet.

Using the 3rd party solution, you can specify who the communication is sent to (Space Admins vs Page Owner/Modifier)
* Archiving a Space also archives its contents.

As far as I know, whenever a page is modified, the Page Owner and people who are watching the page will be notified.

To get notified about content changes to a page, add yourself to the Watchers list, by clicking the Watch (EYE) icon.

Yes, pages get archived when a space is archived. But only for that specific version (if the space has been versioned).
