Incident "create channel" in slack, no option to create private channels

Hello, the integration with slack from the Incident management feature in JSM is failing when creating a slack channel since the only available option for slack users is to create private channels (amd cannot be changed as public channels are restricted). I found a jira ticket of 2018 saying that this was available but I can`t seem to find this option.

I am looking for a solution here as well. Its not that public channels are not allowed but I would like the default for channels created for incidents to be private. One a channel is created through the integration it requires an admin to change the channel from public to private. That does not work for us.

hello @Marc -Devoteam- yes also chatops integration is already enabled, but you need to add it to an existing channel. I am still not able to create a new private channel from the jira incident
