I would like to know if there is a way, via automation, to clone the attachments from a ticket to the clone of that ticket

yes this possible via the edit issue action then copy the attachment from the issue

I have this automation and it works, but what happens is that when the automation runs, it duplicates the attachments that already existed previously. Do you know how to fix this?

I saw someone on the community with this issue and end up with an automation that delete all the attachment in the destination issue then copy the attachment to avoid duplicate attachment.
