Error : You don't have permission to transition this issue
I am getting this error with a very small number of tickets when I try to reopen them to add an assignee.

Troubleshooting performed

I have checked the permission helper and I have the requisite permissions.

Ant suggestions would be much appreciated.

HI,

There might be some conditions in the workflow  [closed status] until it is true reopening an  issue is not possible .
