I have seen different layout for Jira issue previously and even now. But for a new account and project I created, it looks different. I would like to get the layout like the following ticket (I am guessing this is the old one):https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JWMCLOUD-111Could someone please help me with this? TIA

The layout you are pointing out to is the Server/DC (self hosted) version of Jira.
This view is available not in the Cloud solution.
