@Kazuhiro Itoh You can use an external plugin. I can suggest using our solution - Dynamic Forms for Jira where you don't have to write a single line of code. It has a default value and the ability to conditionally set fields hidden/visible on a screen. If you need any help with configuration or overview our team can help you with that.
