There are also apps on the marketplace that can already provide this, see as example;

As @Mayuresh Kamble wrote, there is no natively possible. You can display linked issues on the request details view using our app Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management. This app also provides many useful features for customer portal, not only presenting linked issues.
