Hi team. When I open the Jira extension for sheets it pretends to load but it remains blank. A colleague tried it and it works for him.
I started having the same problem yesterday. I logged a bug with Atlassian, and will let you know if/when they get to it.
I heard back from Atlassian support, who correctly identified the problem. It is a browser cache issue. So if you clear cache and cookies (for all time), the issue should be resolved. At least mine was.
