Hi,

In my notification scheme I have added All Watchers for the Issue Created Event, but still watchers are not getting notification when the issue is created, how can I make the watchers to get notification when the issue created? Please help me in achieving this.

Hi @Sunilkumar k ,

I hope the outgoing mail is enabled in the system settings.

Hi @Mayuresh Kamble   I have added the watchers during issue creation only but the watchers are not getting any notification

Hi @Sunilkumar k ,

As the watchers are added after the creation of the issue, the issue created notification would not be sent to them. You'll need to add the watchers during the issue creation so that they can get the notification.
