What could be reason if only 1 ticket which is task and is not showing a specific status e.g ready for production deployment but this status is visible on its workflow and other tasks tickets in the same project showing this status.I have checked workflow of that ticket(task) which is similar to other tickets (task) and there is no condition/validation.What else could be reason please help me to know.Thanks
Likely there is a Condition n the transition to Ready for Production status that the one issue does not meet. If you are an admin, edit the workflow and check for the presence of a condition on the transition.
