Ops Genie Webhook not firing alert

Hello Everyone!

I have a webhook for Sev 0/1 tickets to fire an alert through Opsgenie. The webhook is not firing the tickets that come in with the specified requirements. I am just wondering if there are some settings that need to be verified or adjusted to ensure that the webhook fires the alert.
