Question

Hello Everyone, 
Can someone please help me how how i can  edit a current workflow on a kanban board and create some status transitions like:

To do-> In dev-Blocked-Rejected
In Dev -> Blocked-Rejected-In Rev-Dev
Etc

2. Some of the columns created are not aligning well even though they are rightly named.
E.g: In Dev shows as the last status instead of ‚‘Done'

I'm not sure that I understand what change you are trying to make when you say you want transitions like this:

To do-> In dev-Blocked-Rejected
In Dev -> Blocked-Rejected-In Rev-Dev
Etc

The workflow that you showed us is designed so that an issue in any status can transition to any other status. Is that not what you want? Are you trying to limit how that statuses can be changed? Can you clarify this part of your request?

Regarding your second question:

Can you show us the Columns configuration for your board showing the mapping of statuses to columns? You get to that screen by clicking the "..." button in the upper right corner of the board and then select Configure Board.

It is a Team managed Project Attached is the workflow and some other descriptions.

Hello @Oluwaseun Adedeji

Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? That information will show at the bottom of the panel on the left when you are viewing the project. The method for editing workflows depends on the project type.

Can you provide a screen image of the Columns page for your board, showing us the columns and the statuses as they are currently configured?

Can you show us the workflow diagram for the workflow you currently have? You can display this be going to an issue, clicking on the Status button, and selecting the View Workflow option.
