Unable to attach Images and Videos to jira tickets

All day Experiencing a problem with attaching images and videos to Jira tickets. The system is currently not allowing the successful attachment of files, or sometimes it looks like it was saved but when I revisit the ticket the assets are not attached. sometimes the Save button just stays disabled.

Is this happening with all attachments, or just these ones?

Try some other file types, and also some smaller attachments to see if any of those work.

It might be that there's a file size limit on your instance - to check this, you'll need to be a Product Admin, and then...

• Go to Settings (cog icon in top-right) > System
• Select Attachments from the left-hand menu
• Check the Attachment Size is big enough to accomodate these files
