I have created five labels on my board however, I wanted to rename those labels as I am restricted from creating a new label. Any leads would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Do you mean that you have a field that has 5 pre-defined values? Can you select only one of these values or more than one?
Who set up the these labels for you originally?
In what way are you restricted from creating new labels? Are you the Project Administrator? Are you an administrator for the entire Jira system?
Labels is actually the name of a built in field, and also the name of a field type that can be created. The Labels field and custom fields of the Labels field type are designed so that anybody can add a new selection value simply by typing it into the field.
If that is not how your field operates, then you probably have a Selection List type of field. Or maybe you are referring to the field named "Components"?
If you are referring to the Components field, then only a Project Administrator or a Jira Administrator can change the values that are available.
If you are referring to a Selection List type of field, then a Jira Administrator can change the values. A Project Administrator may be able to change the values also, but only if it is a Team Managed project.

I created these labels a long time back but now I want to create a new one or I am fine to rename the existing ones.

If you are referring to a Selection List type of field, then a Jira Administrator can change the values. A Project Administrator may be able to change the values also, but only if it is a Team Managed project. Yes, it is a team-managed software project.
Can you provide a screen image showing the field that you want to change within an issue? What is the name of the field? Is it "Labels" or something else?
Can you show the layout of fields in the Issue Types screen (example below) showing the field that you want to change?
