How can I configure a field, where all the existing epics to be shown as options

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Jira Cloud does not natively provide a field that can be used for selecting an Issue (an issue picker field).
Are you willing to consider a third party app to meet your requirement?
What problem are you actually trying to solve? Perhaps we can suggest an alternative method to solve the problem.
