Getting Error 404 while creating new transition

Hi All,

I am getting following error while adding transition in my workflow.

{"message":"null for uri: https://xxxx.atlassian.net/rest/workflowDesigner/latest/workflows/transitions","status-code":404}

 

Please help me to resolve this.
