When we try to login, we get the below error.
"Sorry, you can't retrieve your password as no email service has been configured for Confluence. Please contact your administrators for assistance"

From there can you access your Confluence Cloud instance?
Is any user able to login to Confluence?
Are your Organization Admins able to access your Confluence instance?
