To parse summary field and update custom field

Hi ,

I have a ticket summary: "[Triggered on {host:server1-1.test.io,node_number:test-02}] [Account]" and I would like to follow:

1. host value in host field: I have a custom field named host and would like to update it with "server1-1.test.io" every time a ticket is created and the summary contains the account.
2.node_number value in the node_number field: update the field with the value "test-02" if the summary contains Account.

Hi @Archana Mattoo ,

I would create an automation rule to fill the fields after ticket creation.

 

You can extract the values for "Host" and "Node" by performing actions on smart values.
