I have to configure the SSO login in JSM (we have the Microsoft AD in this company). Is there any way to do it with native functions/features of JSM Cloud or is this possible only using the Jira Access product from mkt place?

No, you need Atlassian access.

I agreed with Kian that for customers to use his/her own IDP to control accounts, you will have to use Atlassian Access.
